The apartment is located in the first storey of a small, well-maintained multi-family building, and has a rear-facing balcony. Non-smoking property. Parking can be found in the direct vicinity of the building. A bicycle could be left for example by the building’s entrance. A bus stop is only 80 metres away, providing a direct link to the university hospital. Roxel rail station is around 1.2km away and a supermarket is around 800 metres away. Münster city centre is around 15 minutes’ drive away, and the A1 and A43 motorways are also easily reached. The rent has been calculated on the basis of occupancy by one person, and already includes service charges and heating costs. Electricity costs must be paid separately. If occupied by two people the rent increases. If required, a cleaning service can also be arranged. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested. The apartment is fully fitted and furnished, including bedlinen, towels and a basic selection of tableware etc. Wi-fi internet access possible. The living areas feature laminate flooring. The bright, stylish bathroom was newly installed in 2024, and offers a floor-level shower, wall-mounted WC, shelf and a large mirror. Bedroom with bed (1.40m wide) and wardrobe with sliding doors. Shutters on the windows. The living room offers a corner sofa, dining table with two chairs and an internet-ready TV. Access to the balcony with its view of greenery. The separate fitted kitchen offers a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and tableware etc. You also have use of a washing machine in the building’s cellar. Lagebeschreibung
Roxel is a residential locality in the city of Münster’s West administrative district. There are areas of greenery in the vicinity, and Roxel’s rail station is served by regional trains connecting Münster’s main rail station and Coesfeld. The A43 and A1 motorways are just a few minutes’ drive away. Münster’s old town can be reached in about 15 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike. The Aasee lake is a 20-minute bike ride away.
